This blog is a personal project. I don’t promise to write about anything interesting, useful, entertaining, or otherwise worthy of your attention. I began keeping a blog to participate in an online writing group, and it is slowly evolving from there. I participated in NaPoWriMo in 2009, and recently I committed to writing a post a week for the year of 2011. I like the goal-setting aspect of keeping a blog, as well as the fact that it acts as a record of what I have done and what form my thoughts have taken over the months and years. Sometimes I find myself wanting more readers, but after a day or two I remember that my reasons for blogging are personal, and don’t involve recognition from others. That said, I do appreciate hearing from readers.
