My new camera

I bought myself a birthday present today: a Nikon D5000 with a Tamron 18-200mm lens. The camera model isn’t made anymore, and it came packaged with this lens as a special deal at Camera House. I did some research last week about digital SLRs when I saw this one was on special, and am happy to have chosen it. I haven’t had a proper read through the manual or play with the settings yet, but I took it with me tonight and walked around Penninsula Road in Maylands while my laundry was at the laundromat.
